Known defects, just a matter of time

I picked up an 09 H3T Luxury edition in March with 50k street miles on it. Love the truck but I am questioning the reliability of the the H3/H3T's. 2 weeks ago I developed the dreaded crack in my radiator. Ordered the radiator online and replaced it a week later. That was 5 days ago. Today the AC/ Heater fan stopped working. Thanks to the many posts I was able to repair that this evening. The shaky mirror, the rear window defroster connections, and the rattling trim prices around the windshield repairs were annoying but not too concerning. But I do see a pattern here.

My question for the forum is, "What else should I expect to fail?" What are the other known problems that are likely to pop up for no apparent reason?

Nearly any specialty vehicle made has its quirks and bad factory pieces. I came from a Jeep TJ and it was not nearly as kind to me as the H3.

The ONLY problem my 07 has ever experienced was the power steering reservoir cap fell off, given a new one free under warranty. I expect nothing to go wrong.

Picking up a used truck with 50K miles I think the issue may be what type of service and driving did the truck get from the previous owner. My 2008 H3 has 106K on it and going strong. I expect normal issues to arrive based on age and use, nothing more.

Thanks for the feedback.

So far on my '07 with 145K miles the only real repair has been the a/c condenser which seemed to have gotten some road (or off road) damage. Other than that regular MAF & TB cleanings are a more frequent requirement than many vehicles. I do have a slight shake in the drivers' side mirror but minor.

Oh, I forgot - had to replace the windshield. Damn thing does seem to attract rocks.

My 07 had a bad head covered under warranty and my 08 Alpha no problems at all. Both have been the vehicles I've ever owned and I have owned a lot in my 55 years. :D
