Im sure it can be done, the little padlock that blinks in the instrument cluster isnt good enough for me, I want to install a aftermarket flashing LED into the factory alarm system, I was thinking about maybe trying to find the wire that goes to the little padlock/alarm light that blinks in the cluster and maybe taping into it. Anybody ever do this, any thoughts?
I know alot of people think the factory alarm/passlock system sucks, it is what it is, im not ready for an aftermarket alarm system yet.
