Do they make an installation kit for an aftermarket stereo for H3? If so, where do i buy one?

if you can't find one at crutchfield.com then they don't make one. If you swap radios be careful...without the right adapters you will lose onstar, door chimes and a few other dumb as things that GM decided to run through the head unit. This link will put you to the application guide and tell you what you will need. Pac products are very good for this type of change over.
