Only 8 days until the Drummond Island Wheeling trip; S.H.I.T. 2011 (Summer HUMMER Island Tour 2011)! T-shirts being made, pre-packing spare parts and tools, tying up last minute Lodge items and enjoying the Woodward Dream Cruise Week to boot! Gotta love MI in August.

9 Hummers 2-H3Ts, 2-H2s, 5-H3s & 20 people! The perfect amount to keep steady movement on the trails and fill up the private Lodge! Looking forward to seeing/wheeling/hanging with old friends and making some new ones. I'm like a little kid the week before Christmas with emotions running wild! Anyone else excited???

August is my favorite month of the year! I get to wheel Drummond Island twice and attend Mecca for the old car lover in me! Went out tonight with CB and his boys in his IH Scout and my 64 Impala SS Conv. Great cool temp. night for the old rides! Tons of cars out, the 13 and Woodward lot was packed and it's ONLY TUESDAY!

Alrighty Summer HUMMER Island Tour Attendees, you have less than 2 days to fix your HUMMERs, pack, and make the ferry!

Just in case we are not at The Lodge when you arrive please look below for your room reservations. I “assigned” rooms based on the preferences and needs of those who asked. This in no way means you cannot “swap” rooms with another if you both agree! Heck if someone wants the be away from the main cabin the Bear Cabin can be arranged also.

The South Wing is to the Left when you walk in the front door through the dining hall and enter the great room. The North wing is to the Right.
