if you could buy one other 4wd vehicle

what would it be?

H1? H3? (or H2 for H1 or H3 drivers)

G series benz?

A land rover?

lambo lm 002?

a jeep?

something modified?

I have a H2 now and plan to get a H3 also. I could never give up the 2, but looking at all these 3's, I like what a lot people have done with them.

i agree, the H3 is really good looking, and people have done alot of marvelous things with 'em.

before i bought the H2, i'd never owned a truck that wasn't just used for work, and i didn't particularily think i was missing out on anything. but the big beast has sort of given me four-wheel-fever, and its hard to really want a car, and i find myself dreaming about which 4wd to put in my one remaining spot-for-a-vehicle

this is proof that AMG puts some kind of kinky potion in the A/C lines

really? my cousin has a 4Runner and its left me pretty flat in the few times i've had a chance to experience it. Not that there is anything wrong with it.

if i may ask, what do you like about those?

mine only ever left me sitting once, when the battery cracked. other than that, it was a solid vehicle. i never got stuck, but i really never did anything too extreme either. i just had a good experience with it. i'd stick to the late 90's models, they don't have all the flared fenders and stupid crap added to make it look like a land crusher. with the supercharger and a pair of 12" subs in the back, it was really fun to drive. i'm trying to talk a friend into selling me his '85 so i can use it exclusively for playing.

I'd have to jump on the ban wagon too..I've always admired Toyotas quality and solid build..even in their small cars..So If I were to buy another 4WD truck today..I'd be looking at the 4Runners for sure.

As Far as a Land Rover..You couldn't give me one.

JD Powers shows the top 100 cars and how they ranked..Land Rover is dead last.

RE: if you could buy one other 4wd vehicle

As a second four wheel drive I wouldnt pick another off roader, I like the infiniti fx. It's AWD but same principal. Also, Lamborghini is coming out with a new 4wd in 2009, or so they say.

Or if I would go for another off-roader I would have too many choices, I basically like 'em all: hummers, the land rovers, g-class, toyota's, jeeps.
