Hummer tunrs off!!!?????
 

Its been some time that my vehicle suddenly turns off.
Every morning my vehcile's rpm drops to zero and the car turns off. This happens going down a hill or making a turn.
I took the car to the dealer. They kept the car for one week and could not replicate the problem. The damn car wouldn't turn off.
Now that i'm out of warranty the car is turning off every day.
Coincidentally there's a mechanic by my job and the car turned off right in front of him. The mechanic checked the vehicle with some electronic stuff and nothing registers. He also checked the gas pressure, but it was fine. I was charged $90.00 dollars!

I read on a separate threat about a throttle body controller and fuel injection, but it doesn't say if this fixed the person's problem.

Does anyone know what may cause this problem and how do i fix this?

you know this happened to me, then all of the sudden,,, nothing the only thing I did was clean the battery terminals, I have about the same amount of miles you do..

Really, I'm going to try that, but have co0ncerns. The car turns off at least three times in a day.
But I'll give a shot and see what happens.

Your HUMMER is "pissed off" because you keep calling it a CAR...:D
