Hummer sale to chinese company falls through.
Announced a short while ago...
General Motors announced a few hours ago that the planned sale of the Hummer brand and its assets to Chinese corporation Sichuan Tengzhong Heavy Industrial Machines Co., Ltd. Cannot be completed and GM will begin the “orderly wind-down of the HUMMER operations.” Allegedly the sale to Tengzhong was frowned upon by the Chinese government, who is already trying to cut down on the high number of automakers in the country. Allegedly, GM is working on a few other attempts to sell the brand before winding it down but right now those other interested parties are not being named.

i am with 3Hummers on this if you look at the wording they are winding down not winding up??
