I would'nt put those chrome piecesnear the windsield on mine. I agree that's overdoing it a little bit. You have to find a good balance when it comes to accessories. If you do too much you're going to know because your going to look at your truck andask yourself"Is there too much crap on my rig?" I personally like both H3's w/chrome and H3's with black accents. I don't think they look good when you do both (I.E. Chrome handles and mirrors with black side steps and black brush guard). I think you should pick which ever accents you like (black or chrome) and stick with that theme throughout. The truck tends to look better overall in my opinion.

Even though I'm kind of partial to the Sonoma Red (my first car - a '95 Blazer was almost the same color), I voted for the Slate Blue. I just love the way it looks on the H3. It was my first choice when I was buying, but Iended up buyingthe Superior Blue because it was set up with all of the options I wanted and was one of the last '06's on the lot, so I couldn't pass up the deal.
Anyway, I also agree with the people who thought it might be cool to wait to see what's coming for the '08's.

Go for the Sonoma Red! That's what I am getting next time around. I've only seen a few of them around where I live and that is a really nice looking color for the H3 and I don't think you'll be disappointed.

It does seem like a bad time to spring for the "red" at the moment when who knows what s coming down the pipe. You picked the slate blue originly, so I am sure you like it. If you are going to spring, get everything you want. I vote staywith Blue for now.
