Default which hummer???

1996 h1 soft top with new engine replacement in 2003 which hs about 30k on new engine, plus has the hvac upgrade, it is running 2000 and up alloy rims so the ctis lines need to be changed out because of different fittings.

2000 wagon 139000 miles but lived its entire life in california and arizona. needs nothing all maintennance up to date.

any advice would be great i am a disaster relief coordinator so i spend a lot of time in ice storms and hurricanes on and off road and extensive hwy miles traveling between storms. thx in advance

also on the 2000 had it independently inspected and there is a sound/vbration coming out of the rear diff between 20 and 50 mph and the ac heat blower motor only works on high and low none of the other speeds.

I would agree with the 96.

On the 2000 could the blower be a fuse or resistors on the passenger side? I know usually it will only work as high or low but just guessing.

The fan speeds could be due to worn out contacts in the heater unit. Ive had a car do that before and if you push on the switch it will work at those lower speeds or sometimes you can put the selector between the two speeds and it will work. The connects just get worn out over time and everytime you select high it is having to go over the low med etc. Unless this is a digital unit in which my statement means nothing. Which one did you end up deciding on?

The fan blowers are cheap also. Which way did you go or are you still looking?
