I don't have any "orange peel" or swirling on my rig. Actually they did a damn good job with the paint.

Well, I don't know why some of you have bad paint jobs, but my Victory Red is the best paint I've had on any of my 12 cars. It's very smooth, shines with almost no effort, and has no peeling, dimples, speckles, etc. Maybe I just got lucky [&:] I'm sorry to hear about the rest of you though.

The Superior Blue on mine isawesome. My last twovehicles were a BMW and a Grand Cherokee, and the H3's paint is at least as good as the Bimmer, if not better. And the metallic aspect of the H3really makes it stand out when it's clean.

My Slate Blue looks good depending on what it is next to it appears different colors. The metal flakes really shine. I think it is a flawless paint job.

I don't think metallic paint is as reflective as solid color paints. Dark color solids show all the imperfections. Metallic silver and solid black are examples.

My Birch White is decently painted. I noticed orange peel and dripping near the air intake covers though.
My problem is MAJOR rail dust. It's getting really bad and I don't know if I want to try and fix it myself. Anybody know decent solutions?

My Black 07 3 is completely acceptable. Not perfect, but better than some other vehicles I've owned. Had one thin spot driver siderearward ofthebackside window, almost to the corner moulding. No orange peel, but I can't see the top and who cars what that looks like?

I'm really picky about paint that's why I chose Birch White, the factory dents in the doors were enough to shy me away from the black.
