2004 Hummer H2, 78,653 miles and plan on putting in the Duramax Diesel / Allison Transmission conversion when the time is right. This thing's a keeper!

Can you really do a duramax swap? Is there info on performing this or a kit I can order for a 2007 h2?

 

There are at least 3 companies that do Dmax swaps for the H2... Mash Motors, Predator, and Teaka Toys.

I don't know of any kits personally... but I did see one on eBay a couple years ago for $15,000. If you can do the work yourself a kit is the way to go...

 

2008 H2, just turned 23000 km (14375 miles). Love it!

 

Those are all H1's, but there are some very high mileage trucks on there!
