I took some Motrin because I despise Doctors..... but I am sure I will be done for good next week if I can't get it back together this weekend... I have 3 days of back to back dragging cables...[&o]

Sounds like the perfect prescription for doing in a back. Be careful, once they get really hurt it seems like it gets easier and easier to re-injure.
