Hood Scoop painting help
I just ordered the Rubber Duck 4X4 Hood scoop. I emailed a rep and asked how it comes packaged.

So do I just prime then paint? Or should I sand before I prime? It looks like it comes sanded and ready to prime.
My email is morefice4@icloud.com If anyone has further information

usually someone at a parts store or bodyshop can tell you. I guess its good to give it a scrub with a prep, lacuer ? thinner since it has been touched and might be affected by hand oils. not much but ?
some time I prime and wait a day to see if anything looks wrong/loose.
oh I did that with my front skid plate, still looks good, flat black. scrubbed with lac thinner first.
IM NOT a paint pro!
