Any thoughts why HMC4 was discontinued after 2001?

Am looking for a well maintained 2000 or 2001 for daily driving in snow and gravel.

Also would like to get a presale vehicle inspection when the time arrives.
Any recommendations on how to get this done would be appreciated.

Where you are will determine the best way to get a pre-purchase inspection. I suspect the decision to eliminate the HMC4 was sales driven. Even the H2 SUT wasn't built in sufficient numbers and now is one of the most sought after models.

 

I own the HMC4 2001 and it is fantastic! If you find one in good condition you'll love it.
