Are you saying your looking for hid projectors to fit fog light spot or a hid conversion kit ? If just the kit you can get on ebay for as cheap as 45 dollars you need to just find the bulb size for the fogs. Then you mount the ballast in the wheel well where light is ,make sure it's low beam only and plug and play. You do not want to run leads back to the battery from the fog light housing. Remember the fog lights on hummer are basically normal headlight height on most sedan's you need to be careful not to blind the crap out of people. In your area it may be illegal aswell but it's your choice.

I got mine on ebay for around $45 and they weren't too bad to install once I got instructions from the seller. They were supposed to be plug and play but I need to buy two connectors and splice them in since now I have it temporarily rigged and covered in electrical tape. I got the kit and attached the ballast like in the previous response. I got the 10k blue and it's unreal the difference it light output. I replaced the headlights with 10k but I think the fogs do a lot more than my headlights do. I'm pretty sure mine are illegal but I'm hoping the cops have better things to do than stop me for that esp since I see tons of cars with similar lights. And I figured if I fail inspection I can swap them out to pass and put the hid kit back afterwards.

Yeah I swapped mine out and just put bulbs in for the inspection on my old car.
