Default Help taking off door panels and dash

Can anyone let me know how to take off the door panels and the part of the dash that has the grab bar. I am painting the door handles and the parts around the grab bar. On the door panels i took out the screw inside the door handle, i only need the door handles off but it seems like i need to take off the whole door panel

On the part of the dash, I took out all the screws and it just seems like clips but i have tried everything and it just wont come off. The clips that attach to the dash come undone but still no luck

any advice is good advise at this point, i have the guy painting them coming tomorrow

thanks in advance

Check out my recent post here for removing the door panels:

Maybe someone else can help out with the grab bar. I do remember there are old posts that discuss it. Try a search for grab bar and something might pop up.

Grab bar has some clips (for lack of a better term) you can access by removing the glove box and looking straight up. Push em with a screwdriver and the grab bar pulls out
