An H2 is nowhere near as capable as an H1.

Some say it's even less capable than an H3..

Personally I'd stick with the H1 idea..

Don't get me wrong, I love my deuce, but if you can do a project and have access to HMMWV's, mechanics and a town full of people willing to help---why would you do an H2?

So how does getting an H2 support better use of taxpayer money when an H1 is readily available?

On another note---who the hell would ever say a 3 is more capable than a deuce? What kind of hallucinegenics do you have to be smoking to say that, or even half believe it? Somebody who has obviously never driven both, or more likely never driven either one.
