Default Headlight switch removal

I would like to remove my headlight switch, on my 07 H3, to get to the harness and connector on the back of the switch. Has anyone ever removed their switch and care to share their "how to" ?

ill look in the download version. why dont you try that too and see who is first?!!
it takes 2 minutes to download,so ill wait 3! then start.

well i found the insrtument panel first so i looked there and find what we already know. the knee "bolster" panel needs to come off. not too clear how to w/o going out to the h3 so you go ahead and see if u can get it off.
the pix of the bolster didnt show the screw for the sw so im not sure what you'll find when it comes off!

Why not share with the masses on where to download it from? Post a link that all of us can click on so we can download the $15 manual. Atleast be helpful instead of always talking about it.

I am excited that once I have it, I can scour the forums in search of issues where I can reference my manual and post about downloading it and having it.

Thanks in advance for your continued help,,,,Dr. Tom.
