Headlight Switch Indicator Bulb Replacement?
The headlight switch indicator bulb is out on my 2004 H2, and the switch works perfectly. It just bugs me that the indicator light is out...has anyone replaced the bulb inside the switch, or attempted it? I hate to replace the complete switch just for the bulb. Thanks!

Nope, sorry, but I know how to 'flip your switch' *wink*
(I can imagine the text I'm going to get when you see this LOL!!) That's 2 for me now...haha!...you know what that means... |
LOL Yes Darling you sure do...and the switch is always in the "auto" mode...LOL And you own the manual....*wink* Some switches don't need an indicator light! LOL

I can't even respond to that...I'm too red LOL Thanks for the butterflies babydoll...

You can remove the bulb. Mine burnt out and I pulled the switch to check. Im having a very hard time finding the bulbs though.

Easy enough to replace it with an LED, I did everything in my interior. You have to get creative with how the leads of the LED are soldered but it is possible.

Aggravating because someone sells the "new" switches with new bulbs in it but no one sells just the bulbs!

Anyone (LoJac?) know the specs of this bulb? I am able to solder them in but I don't know what bulb to look for. I don't want LED's in the dash because I don't want to do them all.
Thanks! |
