Have a Step Pad Problem - 2007 H3
 

And a brother in law problem. Helped me install a new head unit, speakers and back up camera. Decided to drill a bit too high on the bumper and met a crease. So, he had to drill lower. Any thoughts on how to cover up the hole above the camera, other than spending $175 to get a new step pad.
