Ok, so on the front bumper, next to fog lights (right under the parking light) there is an opening in the bumper, Has anyone installed auxillary lights here? I know it sounds cheezy, but I think if it were done right, it would look pretty badass.

Are you wanting to run with headlights, fog lights and an aux light all going at once?

If you do, it's illegal.. You are only allowed 4 lights facing forward.. Not telling you not to do it, just letting you know 2 sets of fogs is illegal if they are all on at once..

In that triangle/trapaziod-esque space directly in front of the front tire?

yes, right there. i know it may sound corny, but i think if a light fit in there properly, it would like nice.

I haven't used that space and have never seen that space used before on any other H3 but it's an interesting idea. I'm sure if it's done right it could look pretty neat. I got 2 sets of aftermarket fogs on my truck (KC HiLites & Hella 550). I'll use them like I use the hi-beams. When I need to see but not if someone's coming @ me & not if someone's right IFO. They haven't jammed me up any. I don't anticipate you getting any rhythm by having some driving and/or marker lights there.
If you do it, post some pics. I'm curious to see how it'll look.

I thought about putting lights there also, but I thought it might look strange if the light didn't fully take up the space that was there. In some states they might not care how many lights you have facing forward.

well, i was thinking of taking a peice of cardboard and making a template of that area. fog lights (atleast not the really expensive ones) usually just consist of the plastic housing and lens. with a dremel tool you could probbaly modify the shape of both. just an idea. i might do it this weekend, i'll let you guys know.
