H3 V8 vs. H3 Alpha

Is the H3 V8 different from the Alpha? They've launched the V8 here in Dubai (finally) but there are no Alpha insignia. Checked it out at the auto expo too... Same thing! Wondering what's up - how different is the Alpha from a H3 with a V8 under the hood.

I'd like to know also. I wanted a v8, but didn't want to have to pay for all the Alpha luxuries. An H3 with a v8, 5 speed manual, with locking diffs would be my dream H3

I believe the Championship Edition has the V8 without all the Alpha extras.

My CE has the eight, basically is the Alpha with the base equipment interior and minus the chrome.

I think it's pure marketing issue, I bought one & it has Full chrome package, Leather seats, sat nav ,Front & RR diff locks, Under body Armoring.
But I is made in South Africa !!:confused:
