I have 06 H3. Last week i forgot to turn off the lights and my trucks battery drained out. With the help of my other car, i boosted my Hummer's battery and it started working fine. Now yesterday i noticed following things:

1. the switch for Driver side window on the inside of driver's door is not working.

2. The power lock on the inside of driver's door is not working.

3. My key fob is not locking or unlocking my truck.

Can you please suggest me, what could be the issue here ?

You need to do a power reset (when your battery went your PCM and BCM developed a brain fart), which is just a fuse and breaker pull for a few seconds, or..... just disconnect the battery terminals for a couple minutes, then reattach the ground, followed by positive.
