Been looking around, does anyone make a mount for a jerry can for the back door maybe mounting off the spare tire bracket ?

Pretty much going to have to make one or modify one from a jeep or FJ.

This might work but you'll need to fab it up some.

There is this one, but I don't like having a full can of fuel as a "target" on the back of my rigs.

Blitz (GAS) Can Spare Tire Mount 1942-2004 Jeep with a 5on4.5 or 5on5.5 Bolt Pattern - Gas Can Accessories - Off Road Unlimited

I have seen a mount that wraps around the spare and has the plastic "modular" cans that mount to it.

The search is on now!!!!!

I'm using this. I have been trying for months to have some made. It's high enough to hopefully get missed in a rear ender by anything pickup size or smaller.
