Assuming the plastic guage cluster border just pulls right off, it seems like it wouldn't be THAT hard to install one of these woudl it, because I'd like to order one that i saw on eBay. How do you get the needles through the holes? Do they just pull off and push back on again?

yeah that's step 1..what about getting the needles off too..I can see that turning into a major screw up if they are stuck on and you pull the whole damn needle stem right out!![:@]

I don't think it's to difficult, but I'm having the dealer install it. So if they screw up, they get to replace parts on their dime.[sm=bustedsign.gif]

needles do not get taken out, at least they didn't in my tahoe or camaro, you kinda have to lift the tip of the needle and pas it through the hole in the new layout, pain in the azz, especially with a lot of gauges.
