H3 Blue Paint Problems

1 Attachment(s)
I have been looking through the forums about paint defects and see this is apretty common issue. I am not sure if my issue is a paint defect or what. I have attached a picture. The paint looks like it has faded on the rear-driverfender. It started on as a small spot so I applied wax to it but it doesn'tseem to stick. The spot seems like it is continues to get bigger. I am prettygood about keeping the car washed and waxed. I annually wax the car withMeguiars Ultimate wax with a buffer. I want to get some opinions to see if thisis an easy fix or should I just take it to a body-shop. Thanks for your help inadvance!

Hmm is that the original paint job? I have a 2006 with the blue sparkle and it's parked outside for the last 3 years and my paint is still factory perfect. Did you buff your own car as someone may have over buffed that spot and screwed it up. I have not heard anything about paint problems till your post?

Are you the original owner? That looks like a poor re-spray to me.

No problems with my 2006 h3, superior blue color.
