h3 2009 base wiring backup camera (to aftermarket chinese headunit)
 

Hello,
i am planning to install backup camera to my 2009 hummer h3 base i5 automatic transmission
already got the wiring sorted and have +12v with reverse gear selected so the HU gets ready to display image
now i got this camera that has + and - with about 3-5 meters video cable that also have + wire

since i already have the +reverse wire feed to HU i am not going to mess with any of the tail light wiring

unfortuntly my camera is made of plastic with metal base but the metal base is not grounded so it'll not ground itself when mounted to license plate(tested with multimeter continunity test)

now my plan is to fish the wire through the car (from trunk to center console, i need help with this point)

should i use driver side tail light wiring,

do i need any special tools or wire hanger , tried pushing the av cable itself without any aupport and i can't reach it from the floor next to the door(after removing plastic floor panels that covers the wiring
