I was just wanting to get a feel for who did what.
Does everyone have their hummer dealership work on their h2's or is there a better place to take it where labor rates are not 100 an hour?
Do you guys take your h2's away from the dealership and to other places to have any major work done?

well i am not that talented nor have all the knowledge to do all that work

 

I took my H2 to a Tire Warehouse not far from my house since they seem to be forth coming with what needs to be done and how much it will cost prior to any work being done.

 

I agree with a lot of these comments. One of the first questions I get ask when I meet someone is "what do you do?" I know they mean what kind of work.

 

I changed my own oil the first time. Decided the savings was worth it. Not sure who I will have change the oil/filter in the future. I replaced the lift gate shocks myself. Any major work costing over $100 (my extended warranty deductable) is done by my dealer. I get great service from them.
