H2 windshield noise

H2 windshield noise. Tremendous wind noise on both sides of windshield, at the A post. Any thoughts,. Bad gasket re-seal gasket etc. Extremely loud. Thanks

It is the trim on either side of the windshield. They are held in by screws and the weather stripping attaches at the bottom by a small notch. Remove them, clean the old rubber and attach double sided tape, foam, caulk, whatever you want then reinstall the trim pieces. Wind noise gone.

I put a bead of Permatex Ultra black silicone on my 2003 windshield trim and it fixed it perfectly.

Wind noise

Good morning. Unclear on where the phone/double-sided tape/sealer goes? Does it go on the inside of the trim that I remove two for the hand flapping against the glass? Thank you

Yes, the part that rests on the glass. I believe there should be some old rubber or foam on there already. It gets pressed down over time and the trim will begin to rattle. I just put 3M double sided foam on mine and never had the issue again.
