H2 Voltage Gauge Problem
 

I have 2005 H2 the voltage gauge stays at the zero point on startup and reports no voltage. I have validate the output is 14V from the Alternator and the battery is charging. Does it use some kind of sending unit to report the voltage that could be out or is this a cluster problem? Any help is much appreciated.

Lots of peeps been changing the stepper motors in the cluster. Dirt cheap on fleabay.

Had the same issue with the speedo.

The steppers are really cheaply made its amazing they actually work at all.

Get a kit, follow the destruction's, takes about an hour

That was the trick!! Thank you for all the help I replace all of them with new stepper motors and work awesome.
