H2 Rubber stops used on swinging spare tire carrier
 

Can someone tell me where I can order new rubber stopper that go on spare tire swing spare tire carrier above and below latch? 2004 H2

I'm not aware of any rubber stops other than the one on the swing-away chassis to protect the tailgate. Since you have an '04 chances are you have an after-market swing-away spare. OEM exterior spare mounts began in '05.
