H2 Highway Gas Mileage to Expect

You should be in the high 12's to 13's on the highway. I drive a lot of highway back and forth from work and that's where I sit.

my H2 2008 gets 15 to 16 MPG @ 75mph on the Hwy and 10 to 12 mpg in the city..

I get maybe 11 lifted 5.5in 37in tires vortech 3 superchager

I get 12-14 .. Hyw @ 65 mph .. good luck with the trip

I just took a 1200 mile trip in my 2005 and averaged around 13 highway. Highest I seen was 13.8.

2008 H2. Averaged 15.8 on 500 mile trip. Was 16 mpg until Chicago rush hour traffic. I was very impressed with the milage and doubled checked with calculator at fillups...

I've done that drive from Denver to L.A. twice in my H2. I lived in Denver when I bought the H2. it was in L.A. so I flew out and drove it back. then did the drive again when we moved back to L.A. I don't know the fuel average on the way back as My wife drove the Beast Towing Her car while I drove a Huge Moving Truck back. I think I averaged about 13 on the way out though. not sure because I had just bought it and was more interested on the stereo

This was a picture I took after resetting the gas mileage calc at the top of a mile long hill and coasting all the way down. It's fall from true but it's fun to tell people I get 40 MPG.

LOL ... I did tha too ... I guess every Hummer driver take a pic after reseting the Fuel avg
