H2 Fuel Gauge goes all the way around
 

I have a 04 H2 and this morning the fuel gauge went all the way around and then you can hear a clicking noise as the needle can not go any further

Anyone had this happen to them and what was the fix

Check you fuel range if its reading correct. if so then you have a problem in your instrument cluster.

I did with mine, when I took it in, it pretty much came down to a ground wire. I'm not an electrical person so I said "OK" Good Luck

GM had a problem with all their truck and SUV clusters from 04-06 (maybe longer), there is a swap out program through GM and they reprogram the new one to your mileage, hours, etc. I happened to my oil gauge, turned downt to the bottom of the cluster.

I forget the name of the place but with some hunting I'm sure you can find it. they rebuild gm instrument clusters cheap and ship em to your door. you have to just supply the mileage that you want programmed into the odometer. When I worked in colorado I sold more than a dozen of them on different gm vehicles, saved my customers lots of $

It appears it was the instrument cluster. Had a guy come to the house and replace all gauge motor things for $100 and now it runs perfect again
