Unhappy H1 Hummer won't start/blows fuel pump fuse

Yesterday while driving on the highway at 55mph, my 2001 H1 Hummer (which I purchase a couple months ago) just died! Everything shut down! Could barely steer it to the side of the road and naturally it was still half on the highway.
Found that the fuel pump fuse had blown and every time I replaced the fuse, the Hummer could start for a few seconds and blow the fuse again.
Anyone have this happen to them or know of a solution?
New member,
Thanks,
Joe

BTW this can be considered as yelling!
