Hi Dennis and others, I finally got a set of Blade style running boards from Hunter Parts in Texas, took Fed Ex three weeks to get here and just had time to install them yesterday and I think they will do the trick for our H-3. I had the chrome nerf bars and these seem to protect the rear quarter panels/rear door area much better, as well as less slippery and hazardous to actually use. I am still keeping my eyes open for larger mudflaps to protect the paint job than the GM/H-3 ones that I have now.
