Great H2 video by Dennis AJC
Here's something you all might enjoy, especially the Lion's Back footage. It's got some anti-Jeep rethoric which you can ignore if you want. But this is a great tribute to the H2! Great job by Dennis.

I'm not too much into off-roading, but I wouldn't mind giving that Lion's Back a try. It does look like fun! :)

Yeah I'm not too big into off roading either. I'm going to go with my wife. Its a dinner and a one night stay at the resort and the next day is the off roading. I think were going to try a hitch a ride with someone for the trail riding. I've never done it before and am a bit afraid of harming the H2. I know, I'm a big baby!! I'm more into detailing and keeping the H2 looking mint. The trail ride is suppose to be very challengeing. They told us a ding or dent, and some scatches could be quite possible. Also at last years event, quite a few got stuck and had to get pulled out. I'm sure its loads of fun, but I fear for my Hummer!! But I'm anxiouse to see hwt these suckers can do close up. I'll be sure to take some pics!

Hey, Mike, I guess we have a lot of things in common. I , too, like to keep my h2 immaculatedly clean, and if I go off-roading, I would prefer a trail that is not too tight that it would scrape my paint off; not too bouldery that it would break my tie rod; and not too muddy that it would dirty up my undercarriage. Is it too much to ask? LOL!! [sm=roll.gif]

ok, now you guys have me crying. :( your ride is SUPPOSED to have character, and that only comes from a mesquite bush sliding along the side of your truck. or, pine trees do ok in a pinch. it helped me first time i hit a narrow trail that some jacka$$ had already keyed the bus down to the primer. but those battle scars on the frame and rock sliders are what this truck lives for. besides, chicks dig it, or so i'm told. i didn't ding the paint, too bad, on our boulder run, and my wife didn't get upset about the frame scratches, so i'm stickin' with that story. as for tie rods breaking, get 'em replaced and feel better before you hit the trail. we've already had our first rain for the fall season, so mud time is coming up. i'll make sure to post some pics of how beautiful an H2 can really be after my first run. as for lion's back, that thing scares the crap out of me, so y'all can keep it.
