Great service and nice folk. Clarence was more than accomodating and friendly. Took my order, gave me the Forum discount and sent the part of theorder that wwas in stock out the same day. For some reason, UPS screwed up and even though the roof rack was at the local hub(about three miles from my home in NJ), they couldn't find the address and sent the rack back to CA. Incredibly, UPS had delivered other things to me that very day !
Anyway, when I saw "delivered" when I tracked the package and that it was back at G-Style, I called Clarence. We went over everything, which was correct and he sent it overnight at his expense to me. We both gave UPS heck and I only hope that he will get partial reimbursement for his troubles.
This is exactly the kind of service that deserves the highest of praise and repeat business.

Those are the ones that I got but in black since I am keeping everything black on my H3. They were great for the price ($250 out the door postage and all) and very easily installed within 15-20 mins.
