Fuel Pump Noise?
 
Lately I've noticed a noise coming out of my drivers side rear wheel well. Not all the time though... I've read about it happening on older GM vehicles (90s) without a problem but nothing on newer ones. It has me concerned because I'm going off to college this fall & don't want to be 3 hours from home if/when it decides to die. I read about changing the fuel filter helped with the noise, does the 2003 H2 have a changeable filter? I've heard that it did and that it didn't...
I just don't want to drop $400 on a fuel pump if mines still ok for a few more years.... how many miles do the pumps usually last?
