Will the New H3 standard front Locker be compatible with my 2007 H3? I only have rear diff and really need a front diff as well to make it really 4x4 capable!

If so will it be a costly exercise?

 

Assuming the carrier is the same size, it should fit fine. Should cost the same as putting an aftermarket locker in the rear. You can buy the Eaton e-locker for the rear for around $850. Then whatever the labor charges are to setup the gears and wiring.

 

does a 08 h3 have a front locker stock?

 

the 08 does not have a locker. the 2009 h3t will have it on the adventure package. Im not sure if the h3 will have it

 

The front locker should be available with the offroad package/Adventure model starting with the 2009 models.
