No need for a sharpie because you do not need to count the number of turns. No need for a jack. Just a tape measure and a wrench.

I dont completely agree with "if you can't wrench it, don't own it". It is definately cheaper to do yourself, but not a must. I have owned turbo'd vehicles that I loved to drive but yet couldnt tell you the first thing about how to work under the hood. Some people have it and some people don't. I'm sure I could learn, but don't have the desire to. I would much rather pay someone and it be on them, and me have the time to be doing something else. Some people enjoy working on their own vehicle, but it just frustrates me to much. 100$ is alot for that job though considering what it takes. I paid 120 for bumpstops, shocks, clear side markers, torsion lift, and alignment to be done.
HaHa. I just tried changing head light bulbs in my DD which is a 98 cadillac catera. I even hated that and wanted to burn the car down. Doing it myself is not for me. I'm mechanically challenged.
