The husky liners are the best damn floor mats hands down. They contain ANY spills (mud, coffee, etc), they are sharp and will NOT move around on you, and they go way up under the pedals and under the seat.

Here's the WeatherTechs (side note....these are the WeatherTech Floor Liners, not the WeatherTech Floor Mats....they make both)

I've had the GM all-weather mats installed for about 2 years and they offer plenty of protection. So far no wear, not even in the driver's side heel area!

I think they look the best but as mentioned previously, the rear is a two piece design instead of one piece over the tunnel. If you usually carry 3 people in back, aftermarket may be better.

Well if you are looking for a rugged, sportsman-like mat, go with the Husky. They dont look "pretty" or "proffesional" or anything, but they WORK. So if you are looking for "civilized" looking, DONT go with the Husky. But if you want a nasty mat that will do anything you need it to, go with the Husky.

I had weathertech in my commuter car, the driver's side heel area wore through in about 3 years. The fustrating thing was that they otherwise looked brand new.

I was actually thinking of using a 5" x 9" piece of diamond plate if the same happens with our H3. Home depot sells some nice, polished, aluminum stuff that would be perfect for the job.

Instead of glue, I would use countersunk, short, stainless steel, #6 flathead bolts and nuts though.
