I have a 2006 H3 with the 5 cylinder engine. Engine light kept coming on and dealer says it is due to a bad catalytic converter which is molded into the exhaust manifold. They recommend replacing the manifold and complete exhaust . . . uh, no.

If I'm going to replace my complete exhaust, I'm going for a performance system!

Any suggestions for aftermarket headers or manifold?? What about other performance mods like a computer chip?

The exhaust manifold or exhaust header is commonly referred to as the primary outlet of engine exhaust gases. It is a very critical performance upgrade as a wrong manifold design will have a detrimental effects on your engine performance.

 

Ok so I am sorry to punch a dead horse in the face but, after 4 years, does anyone have a good idea what exhaust manifold would be a good upgrade? I was looking at a couple but what is everyone running?
