@ Avmech, I too have the magnuson system, I recently noticed a leak in my exhaust manifold and am Looking into replacing the system with a hi-flow. What brand did you go with and is it just a bolt on system? Did you notice a difference when you added it or did you do the charger and exhaust at the same time?

Any info would be appreciated.

I had a leak in my exhaust manafolds and I guess I had a crack in both sides and the dealer wanted to charge me 647 a side to fix them. I was doing the supercharger that week and decided to do the exhaust all at once. I have LT headers on all my cars and trucks. I did the American racing headers with high flow cats. All stainless the I do B&B cat back on all my cars as well. There is a difference with the LT but will be hard to motive because of the charger. On the Dyno you may get 25 hp and 15 ft tq but it will be all over the tq curve so it will help alot. Doesn't seem like much but it will be nice to have extra hp ant tq when your out on he trail. Either kooks, American racing or dynatech are good. The kooks use a ball cup at the end and have a tendency to leak. I would do a bolt style flange if your going off road.

Just over the weekend I've developed a knock coming from the charger, after some research it seems like my exhaust leak could be the culprit as its chugging a little at idle and causing the blades in the charger to touch. I will be doing the headers alot sooner than planned now I think if I can get my local guy to confirm. thanks for the info on the bolt flange style also as I do take it into the desert.
