I already searched on the topic but found no response....I am having problems with the DVD Headrests in my 2006 H3. When I push the power button, the DVD player starts and then goes off. It seems as though it will not power up. Anyone have similar problems or suggestions?

 

Hmmm...does it boot up at all or just give you a blank screen? Could be the cable - a lot of the 06 systems installed during that xmas promotion had cables that could disconnect when you moved the seat around too much.

 

When we push the dvd's power button, it looks as if it is starting but then.....nothing. It doesn't boot up enough to display a screen. The dealer agreed to take a look...I will give updates once we figure this out.

 

My guess is a connection problem - it was common w/ those systems.

 

Just got back from the dealer and you were right Hummer Guy! Just a minor connection problem with the power lead. No problem now!
