drivers seat is stuck..?

the seat makes a clicking noise when it push for it to go forward, but makes no noise when i push for it to move back.

any ideas?

Mine was making a clicking noise only when someone was sitting in it .
They had to replace the track on the seat but i ending up getting a whole new seat i was not waiting a couple days for the part .
