Does an H2 fit in your average garage??
 

:eek: Hey, this is Stacey and I am bound and DETERMINED to purchase a H2 in the next few months. This is a pretty general question, but do the H2's fit in an average garage? We live about 35-40 several miles from any Hummer dealers, so the chances of them letting me "drive it home" to see if it's gonna fit in the garage are pretty slim. Anyone have or heard of any problems with the H2 fitting in a garage? We have a fairly new home so was curious if I'm in the clear? Any opinions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Stacey

I figure since you have a newer home, you shouldn't have a problem. We built our house 5 years agao and can fit my H2 and the wife's Escalade in NO PROBLEM!!! Yes...AT THE SAME TIME!!;)

Stacey..good question

The only way you'll know for sure, is to go out and get the dealer to let you test drive one for a few hours (and they will) and bring it home to see if it fits...

or you could look up the dimensions of the h2 and then measure the dimensions of your garage. call me crazy, but I'd be willing to bet that would give you an idea ;)

The height demensions may not include roof racks and stuff mounted above the roof....But call me crazy, as I don't know for sure and they may include those add ons..:D

crazy.

even with a gobi rack, i'm under 8' (7'9"), but my garage doors are 7' high. not that it matters, as the harleys, lawn mower, and a ton of other $hit take up all the room in the garage anyway. i CAN fit into the bottom level of the Sac airport parking garage though . . . .

My home was built late last year and I got about 8 inches between garage door and roof rack when pulling in. No issues here either!

Mine fits in my garage at my house but it doesn't fit in the garge at my townhouse. The garge door has a stupid curve at the top so it is not tall enough on the side for the H2 to fit.
