Nope, my H2 still rides stock with bigger wheels and looks good.

Do low profile tires ruin the ride on a H2?
I have stock chrome H2 wheels and BF Goodrich TA All terrain tires. The tires have become worn and I am thinking of changing over to some 20" wheels witha lower profile tire. Not necessarily a street tire, but it will be a little lower profile than what is on there now. Will it ruin the ride?
simple answer is yes...the smaller profile sidewall you go the stiffer the sidewall gets. Stiffer sidewall means the tire can't absorb the impacts and you will in turn feel more of the bumps in the truck.
Depends on your "interpretation" of RUIN. It DEFINATELY will CHANGE the ride, but I LOVE the feel of my low-pro tires. It's like a more firm ride as opposed to the OEM. True, like IK says, you'll feel more bumps in the road, but you FEEL the ROAD, which I think is SWEET!! It sucked when I put my OEM's back on for the winter. I can't wait till spring!! I don't think that it would be TOO noticeable going to 20" rims, but you will notice a little. I run 24's!
