Default Dennis, installed the lower grill cover today

I made some flush mount 3" fog lights and cut holes in the grill cover, then cut holes in the stock plastic grill and mounted and wired everything up. Looks completely different but having the lights flush mounted makes it look as clean as if it were a factory option. Now I just have to clean everything up....hold on tight Dennis.....the truck is filthy in the pics..

That's pretty cool! There were supposed to be some lights there as an option, but they never became a reality. They were little rectangle ones, but I like your round ones better.

Thanks guys, here aer a few pics I just took with all the lights on. Only downside to the install are that flush mounted lights are not adjustable, no problem for me but it's gonna suck to be the honda civic in front of me

How did you mount them in the grill?

well, kinda hard to explain but I will try. First I had to take a regular fog light apart and reassemble it so that the only thing that was there was the lens, light basket and the front plastic shroud. I cut the hole in the metal grill cover and also in a 3 1/4" x 3 1/4 piece of 1/8 steel. I then slid the light in the cover then put the 3 1/4" square metal over the back of the light, to kind of sandwich the light between the cover and the steel square I made. Then I just tac welded the steel square to the metal light basket to keep everything from moving. The hardest part of the whole job was having my wife looking over my shoulder with a non approving snarl as I cut the black plastic grill out
