After seeing Mark's problem here..although I'm sure it's must be a problem with the joint..I went ahead and sprayed down all my rubbers and bushing underneath with a vinyl rubber protectant, that's says it keeps rubbers soft and flexable and protects them from drying out, plus water resistant with no oily like residue, so it will stay on longer too.

Yes..more than likely..but now the that joint is dried out from the grease or lube oil leaking out, it's probably shot too..so the whole joint should be repalced , I would expect nothing less!...Didn't you say you heard clicking sounds recently too?.oh oh![&:]

 

Yea it was making a click noise well its going in a couple of days that when they are open late.
But i still can not complain this is my first problem over a year.
except the little stupid stuff like the jack etc. that does not count.
I'm still happy with it.
