CTIS Blow Out

Yesterday I went to deflate my front tires and as soon as I hit deflate it started letting out the air at a rapid pace. I disconected the front tires and filled them back up. When I reconnect either of the front tires the air flows out of the manifold. Any idea how I can fix this?

This is only on the front tires. The rear tires are still connected to the system and are holding air.

May need to rebuild the manifold. Sounds like you may need new seals. Where is the air leaking from the manifold?

It is leaking out of the outlet on the side of the manifold that allows the air to escape. It is just free flowing but only allowing the front tires to escape. The rear tires still work fine.

OK I found out the exact name for the part. It is coming out of the Dust Excluder, part number 5935430. As soon as I plug the front tires back into the system it just free flows out of it.

I took the manifold apart and all of the valves, cleaned and oiled everything and now it works great! There was a few small peices of rust from the lines in the center valve that deflates the tires. It was holding the rubber flapper inside open. The last person that took it apart used a vice grip and gnared it up.
